Well i'm just waiting around to go to the foot dr. this morning. I hope it is good news and that my foot isn't worse than the urgent care dr thought. I'm just sick of limping around, hurting, not keeping up on my house, and most of working out at the gym. I miss it so bad. It makes me feel so good and its a great way to start my day. I hope to be there soon. In cycling class sweating my butt off. I'm eating so my junk and drinking so much soda. I'm bloated and feeling yuck. It doesn't help that we are dealing with some family issues and attorneys right now. I hate it.
I have the cutest idea how to paint/decorate hayleys bathroom and i can't wait to do it. I need to paint all the kids rooms and bathrooms. I have the paint just need to feel good enough to do. I was going to paint my bedroom but the color doesn't clash too bad with my bedding so it will be last on the list if i even do it. Just trying to get the main areas downstairs organized and decorated.
Carter got in trouble yesterday and had to go talk to Mr. Merrill (the principal). He actually really likes Carter and tells me how he is such a great kid. I'm sure he was shocked to see Carter in trouble. He didn't want to stop talking and wouldn't listen to his teacher. He ran out of the class and hid somewhere. GREAT! what a great way to start the new year. Luckily he has a sweet and understanding teacher. Hope today goes better. I did bribe him with extra wintergreen gum his favorite if he is good at school.
I want to try to blog about more of the day to day things not just important events or fun things we do. I'm excited to be back in the area, close to the school and friends. The kids are loving it. It is nice to see familiar faces at church too. Even though the ward has split into thirds since we moved there are people we know. I'm not happy that i got called to cub scouts again. That is the one calling i was praying that i wouldn't get. I want to cry when he asked me. But i'm going to give it a try. It's being the bear assistant so at least it isn't the leader this time. And jace is a bear so he is very excited.

Back to school
The kids are back to school. Yeah! We had a really good morning. I'm proud of them for waking up with no problem. Jace requested german pancakes so woke up a little early to make them. I can't believe school has already started. Carter is in first grade.Jace is in 4th grade.Hayley is in 6th grade. She got embarrassed when i took her picture in front of her friends.
This summer flew by. I hope they are having a good day. They were all excited to see their friends. I really need to get my house in order. I hurt my foot two weeks ago today and it is still hurting. I was cleaning my stove top and placed the cast iron burners on the counter. While i grabbed one to put it back the one behind it fail off the counter unto my right foot. It dropped me to the ground and I laid there and cried like a baby. It was one of those moments in life where once you start crying you cry and cry because you have to much stuff built up inside of you. The kids came running in and hayley said i scared her. It took me a little while to stop crying like a baby and tell them what happened. She got ice for me and they helped me get to the couch. What sweeties. Anyways i did fracture my foot. Dr. told me to ice it and to try to stay off of it. It's not much better so i went back four days ago. He told me to use heat on it now and prescribed me some medication for the swelling. Well today i called to make an appt with a foot specialist. I hope it's not screwed up more than the urgent care dr said it was. I need to be able to do some things around here. I miss going to the gym and i feel like mush. I didn't go for five days while moving, then we went out of town for 1 1/2 weeks went back one day thinking yeah i'm back this feels so good to hurting my foot the next day. Blah blah blah. life will go on. just need to get better. Can't wait to hear about the kids first day of school.

Utah trip
Life is just busy and everyday just flies by. at least for me. I'm having a hard time getting motivated to do much of anything. I feel bad for my kids because I should be planning things with friends and having fun with them, since there is only one week til school starts. I feel like they are growing up too quickly and slipping through my fingers. I need to change that and really put time into my kids like i use to. I just have felt so unsettled ever since we decided to put our home up for sale in 2006. It was on the market forever and we haven't been completely unpacked since. I hope to make this house our home and hopefully when we move again it will be into our own house again and have it be our last move.
I am so excited to be close to the school where i can walk the kids to school and i will just have them come home on there own. it's going to save so much time not having to drive them. We went to our kinda old ward again. There are a few people in the ward before it was split into thirds after we moved out last summer. so it was nice to see some familiar faces, the kids are back with friends they go to school with.
These last fews years i have really become interverted and i hate feeling this way. I keep getting burned by people I really open up to (well twice) and it really makes me guarded now. I really am fun to be around and can be a great friend. But i'm so done with one sided friendships. I didn't realize I was going to have a therapy session. ha.. well i really meant to blog on our first vacation in two years. We needed and deserved it!
We went to Utah to celebrate the 4th of July with my family. It was such a busy time since we finally got moved into this house the 29th and left for utah early on the 2nd.
My sister misty and her family go the keys to their new home the day we arrived so we helped them move over the past couple of days. We drank lots of red bull and got a lot done. I wish I could of done more but my family was ready to have some fun. We went swimming at spanish for highschool pool. It's like a mini water park. My kids always have fun playing in water! My dad had a bbq at his house later that day. The food was great and i loved hangning out with everyone. We did fireworks and enjoyed the company.
We were going to stay at my dads that night but learned that carter was allergic to their cats. So we went and stayed at a hotel for a couple of nights. monday we took the kids to bridal veil falls. it was beautiful!
We also went on a boat ride with Grandpa. It was quite the adventure.
On tuesday we went up to midway. We went to kamas (they have an indoor water park) with Chandlers cousin Jason and his family. We also visited with Kristine and her kids. The kids had a lot of fun playing at their clubhouse. On wednesday we decided to hike up timpanogos and take the kids on the cave tour. It was a tough hike but all the kids made it, even Parker.
I can't believe he did the hike on his own and made it about half way down before wanting to be carried. I love times like these that make our family grow stronger. It was definetly something that drew us closer together>
The kids were amazed at the beauty of the crystals. and that we walked through a real vault line.. We later went to the Mcknights who let us stay the night with them.
They have a horse and we had fun riding it. Misty and I had a girls night. We went shopping and i helped her find some really cute new clothes. I love my little sister! I wish we lived closer. I love this pic of us, not sure why I look Asian? We all went to see Grandma Hacking. It is always good to see her. She is such a sweet heart. I hope to see her again next year. She just turned 94yrs old. I think she looks a lot younger. So that was our trip. I can't believe we did all of that! Thanks to everyone for letting us stay with you! It was an awesome trip!
