Merry Christmas!

We have had a wonderful holiday season. It has been wet and cold Christmas. Usually we can still play outside this time of year. Today it will be in the low 70's but a few days ago there was frost on our grass. not a common sight to see.

Our ward had a Christmas breakfast with Santa. The kids had a lot of fun seeing Santa. Parker was very shy. I took Parker to see Santa at the mall when the other kids were at school. He was so cute with Santa. He was so shy but still managed to let Santa know that he wanted a Thomas choo choo train.

We went to Chandlers moms house for Christmas Eve. This time it was spent with the Oberlys (step family) and it was a lot of fun. The Oberlys are a lot of fun to hang out with. The kids usually act out the Christmas story while papa Skip reads it but this year Grandma Connie wrote a little script to go with it. The kids had a lot of fun acting and saying their parts. It was a very fun night full of yummy food and great company.

That night i was so dead tired. Even thought the kids are on break I still wake up at 6am and go to the gym. So i'm tired around 9 9:30. I'm soo done. The kids are so off schedule. On sunday they slept in till 10am. good thing our church time is at 12:30pm.. so i kept falling asleep on the couch because it was 9:30 and we were still trying to get the kids to settle down. I finally had to go shower to wake up some. I still had some wrapping to do. We'll i gave up getting Parker to sleep and Santa finally came. The kids woke up at 6am. Everyone loved their gifts! A little too much.

They all got ninetendo ds's and won't put them down, I've had to threaten them with taking them away just to have them get dressed for the day and eat. I've been buying myself stuff this last month for my Christmas gifts. I got some new workout clothes, jeans, music, and gym shoes which i love love love! Chandlers gift was having money to start his MMA gym. I did fix his favorite watch, slippers, a hoodie, and some cologne. We then had a late lunch at Buffys house. Yummy food again. I lost again playing a ticket to ride. It's a fun game but i'm two for two as being the LOSER. ha but it's fun..

Workouts still on. It is my outlet and i love going to the gym! Feeling good for the most part. We are having friends over tonight to celebrate the new year! I hope everyone has fun tonight! I always get nervous entertaining because I want everyone to have a good time.

Life blah blah blah!

Well can you say STRESSED OUT! that is what I am. I have really learned to control my stresses in life but really! Last week Chandler found a forclosure notice taped to our garage door. We are in a rental and they haven't been making a payment on the house since we've moved in. the forclosure date is feb 13th. so Chandler called our landlord and he said they are refinancing the house and it won't forclose. that's a bunch of crap! homes aren't worth what people owe so there is no way they are going to be able to refinance. so things are up in the air! We do have a rental lined up but not til July 1st. I was talking to our sitters mom and she said they will be renting there house out and would rather rent to us than somebody they don't know. They aren't upside down on the house so i know we won't get forclosed on. it's five bedrooms with a pool for four hundred less than we are paying now. and is walking distance to the school. we would be in our old ward. well kind of. they split it into thirds but we know a lot of people in that ward still. the kids are excited and so am i. i just hate the situation because it is so dishonest! why rent to us if you know you will be losing the house! argh.. so a negative then a positive. i don't know what we will do if we have to move out feb. it will all work out right! we will know more after Christmas.

last monday i threw my back out doing the back lift in body pump. i haven't ever thrown my back out and let me tell you it really sucks! so i went to the chiropractor and he looks at my xrays and tell me i have the beginning stages of arthritist in my lower back. insurance doesn't cover the chiro. great! lets just add it to the fixing Casey list. well the chiro tells me how much it's going to be to get adjusted and do decompression therapy yadda yadda. we definetly don't have anything extra this month. i ended up seeing one of my brother in laws friends there in the office. he is a chiro too. he started telling my chiro about the mma gym that my husband is going to start in january. he offered me half price on the adjustments ($26) and my therapy which is $40 a treatment and i need 10 treatments for free if Chandler advertises him in the mma gym for the fighters. Chandler agrees of course! HUGE blessing! We are so blessed to be so close to the temple. We always enjoy going to look at the Christmas lights and the huge beautiful statue of Christ.
Jace got in a fight at scouts on Wednesday. I hate fighting but i am so proud of Jace for standing up to this kid. This boy has been pushing Jace around the last few weeks in class. He is bigger than Jace and Jace proved to him that size doesn't matter. The kid was pushing Jace and Jace told him to stop. He said what are you going to do about it. so Jace flipped him over onto the ground and got behind him and started to do a rear naked choke on him. the kid then bit his arm and the leaders finally saw what was going on. Jace is a squirt. but he is tough, and thanks to his dad he knows how to stand up for himself! go jace!

Thursday morning started with Hayley telling me that she had a band concert that night and needed to wear all black. she does this to me all of the time. she did it to me tonight actually. "mom you need to come to the last 15 minutes of hip hop". there went my finish christmas shopping plans. She has to take band and at first she was excited about it. now she doesn't like it at all. I can't believe that she picked the trombone to play. She looked very pretty and we had a lot of fun taking pics of her and the trombone before the concert.
Friday Hayley and Jace stayed the night at grandmas and we went on a date. I won a cheesecake factory gift card at bunco so we ate there. yummo and i ate myself sick! We also got free suns tickets at the last minute so we ended up going to the suns game! We had a lot of fun.

Saturday Carter had a bday party a peterpiper pizza. Then i had to go pick my dad up at the truck stop, went to Hayleys dance performance at the old folks home, went to eat with grandpa, and my dad let the kids pick out a christmas gift at walmart. fun fun busy busy! I think i'm most excited for 12:30 chrurch. we have had church at 8am and it changed this sunday. yeah!!
So if you haven't heard from me for a while. I apologize especially to tiffani and janel. I know you wanted to go to lunch last week Janel! and i haven't talked to tiff in forever. Posting random pics. All of my pics of Hayley with her trombone and temple aren't uploading. It's saying the are corrupt. nice.
Are you regretting reading this post! I think I just had a therapy session. :)

is it over yet?

Those of you who know me really well know all the crap i've gone through with my dang teeth!! I have had five root canal with crowns, and now i need to redo all the work i had done two years ago which included a root canal and two fillings that need to be crowns now. all of my back teeth will be crowns by the time i'm 40 i swear. well on my last root canal there wasn't enough structure left to put on the crown so today i'm having crown lengthening done and i have to admit that i am very nervous! My appointment is in about two hours. The dentist was so casual with me,, all i have to do is go in and cut away some gum tissue and bone.. that's it. ummm okay. so he gave me some medication to take before my appt that is suppose to help with the anxiety of all of my dang dental procedures i have had done! so i will be out of it the rest of the day, a mini vacation i guess. i can do this right? how do i expect to get my ta ta's fixed if i can't deal with this! enough of my poor me! by the way i love the body pump class at the gym. if your gym offers this class take it! you'll love it!

UPdate: Okay so I survived my oral surgery! it wasn't bad at all! yeah! the medication definitely helped. I couldn't even walk straight. Now it's Parkers turn. This morning he will be getting drugged and teeth fixed. :( can't wait for it to be over with. my children inherited my wonderful teeth. not! carter and hayley have no cavities and Jace has two little ones that the dentist said he won't even have to numb jace so the teeth saga is getting better!

Tis the Season!

We had a fun thanksgiving! The Kindergartners had a program at school for thanksgiving. They made really cute turkey t shirts and sang a lot of cute songs. Carter did a great job at singing and doing the actions. He was so happy to see us there. For thanksiving dinner I made some yummy mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. Everything was so tasty and I'm so proud of myself for not eating myself to death. I'm so proud of myself for going to the gym thaksgiving morning. it felt really good to do the body pump class and then some cardio. We had Thanksgiving at Cody and Kristine's house. Everyone had a lot of fun. Of course Parker spent most of the day at the train table and wetted his pants twice. Same thing happens at home when he plays trains. He just doesn't want to stop. I love that all the cousins get along so well and we don't have to worry about them when they play together. After we ate we went to the park to have the kids flag football. They played a game then the growns up played with them. It was so much fun and I hope to play again soon. I haven't played flag football in forever and i caught the ball most of the time. I was my teams "secret weapon". Tons of fun. We then had some yummy pie and played a game. We have really enjoyed this thanksgiving season. We took our family picture this weekend. The sun was too bright so we ended up taking it my some really cool doors in the shade, by the building, by the park. I like it. Everyone looks good. I have most of the Christmas shopping done. Yeah! We put our Christmas tree up and decorated too.

Yadda Yadda

Okay I just bought the soundtrack to twilight and i love it. There are some really rockin songs on it and i can't wait to have some new music to exercise to. Janel are you ready!!!! i haven"t ever been this excited for a movie. Chandler surprised me with the tickets a couple weeks ago for the midnight showing. Janel and i will be having dinner and still showing up early to get decent seats! My dad stopped through on his way from vegas to texas and was able to hang out for a couple days. It was a lot of fun. He was able to see the boys ride there dirt bikes and to see Jace play flag football. the kids never want him to leave, especially Carter.
If you find my brain on the side of the road please return it to me. Last tuesday i was going out to the track and stopped at walmart on the way. Well Parker had to pee so i hurried him to the bathroom and forgot my keys in the cart. FYI walmart will not use the intercom to help find lost items. My extra set of keys were locked in the car along with my dead cell phone. So i finally started walking around looking in peoples carts and i actually found them. I about freaked the guy out. Oh my gosh my keys. he didn't even notice them. Yeah i was very relieved, i had no idea what i was going to do if i didn't find them. i'm trying to get excited about the holidays. maybe i will decorate some like janel so it will feel like thanksgiving. life is flashing before me. i really have a lot to be thankful for. being brain dead isn't one of them. ha

Jace is nine!

Happy Birthday Jace! I'm a few days behind, his birthday was actually on the 27th but I still wanted to journal it down. Chandler and I took Jace to golfland for his birthday. It was a lot of fun. We went through the haunted house. It was so scary. I haven't been to a haunted house since i was 16 and i won't go again for another 16. It was so freaky. I saw the exit door about 30 feet in front of me and i bolted as soon as i heard the chain saw! i am a wimp. Jace had fun going through it but wouldn't do it again with chandler. We then went miniature golfing. Jace was so cute with just mom and dad. His personality shined through and didn't have to compete with the other kids for attention. After golfing we raced on the go carts. Jace was mad that he wasn't tall enough to ride on his own. He ended up having fun anyways. Jace kept telling me more gas mom, brake here mom, then more gas again. Chandler got stuck in a slow car. Ha! We also went to red robin with my dad, step mom and step sister. ( i"ve never have said that before) my dad was here for a funeral and spent monday night with us. Jace is my oldest son and i love him so very much. He is such a crazy, brave, smart, daring, and funny kid. He has always kept me on my toes, those of you who know him you know all of the crazy things he has done since he could walk at nine months. He was my largest baby at 7 pounds 13 ounces, now he is a rail! but strong. I need to plan a birthday party for him still. it is always crazy to get all his friends together around halloween time so i'm thinking monday the 8th we will have a football party. Happy Birthday Jacers Man!

Fun Stuff

I need to start blogging more often because so much has gone on and i cram it all in on one post! The kids are back into the swing of things. They are in school year round so we just finished their 2 1/2 week break. I was able to go to the SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE concert with Hayley, and our friends Janel and Sadie. It was a lot of fun ! The dancers are amazing and this is truly my favorite show. I took the kids swimming with Cambria and her kiddos. It was a hot, beautiful october day! The kids and I had a lot of fun and hey i got a tan right before winter! We took the kids to see the hohokam indian ruins. It was really cool. I thought there would be more to it but it was really neat to imagine them thriving in the middle of the Arizona desert. They lived here at the begining of the 1400's. I am feeling so much better, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I have been going to the gym six days a week and it has made me feel awesome. I lost three pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle! No wonder why the scale wasn't really budging. So i should meet my goal by the end of the year! Finally! I have been down this road a few times since i have had Parker and give up when i'm close but not this time!!!! Jace is turning nine on the 27th. What the heck! He is the star player on the flag fooball team . He scored 3 touchdowns and an extra point! He loves it!
He is riding again. His doctor gave us the green light on riding his dirt bike again. He is getting more confident with every practice. Carter is riding like a pro. Hayley chopped her hair and donated it to locks of love! She loves her new haircut but misses her long hair too. Parker is driving me crazy! He has been using the potty since July and has been popping and peeing in his under wear for a month now! I know you shouldn't put them back in pullups but i did yesterday. I've had it! He is actually taking them off to go potty on the toilet and when he has an accident i' m not as mad since i don't have as much laundry to do.. so that's whats up in the pearce household!

Where is the Lost Dutchman?

Since we won't be going to our favorite vacation spot (California) any time soon we are going to start exploring Arizona. I found a website that tells you all about the best places to visit in AZ. We will be going on a lot of hikes and exploring a lot of awesome places. We started with the Superstition mountains. We were going to go hiking but when we finally got to the trail we were going to hike we looked at it and it would be really hard for Carter and Parker. So we went off road to try to find some other trails. We ended up at a Museum for the lost dutchman who was on a search for gold. Gold has been found many times in the superstition mountain. Chandler we need to get a metal detector! I wouldn't mind finding a gold nugget or two. So we toured the museum which was full of old treasure maps and a lot of other neat artifacts. The museum was right next to an old movie set for many old movies that were filmed three. It was burnt down a while ago but the barn was still there and so was the chapel where Elvis Presley performed at. We thought it was really cool. Then we visited the goldfield ghost town which we always have fun at. The superstition mountains are so grand and they look fake! I'm so glad that we are getting back to enjoying nature. I have missed it!

M.I.A. not really

LIfe is just crazy!! I'm glad that the kids will be on break soon! Here is what we have been up to in the past couple of weeks! Jace took first place in the 65 age group. This is from six months ago. They just finally had the awards ceremony. Arm is healing amazingly well! I also went to Utah sept 5-6th. It was a very quick trip but i am so glad that i was able to go. I met my niece Caylin. She is such a doll. She is such a great baby. So easy going. Colby was baptized. He has such a sweet spirit to him. And Caden was my hugging buddy. With having my kiddos always giving my hugs and kisses i found myself missing it. so i finally grabbed Caden and gave him a big hug! Misty didn't know that i was coming and I can't believe that she didn't find out because i found out everyone else did! Freddy is a great brother in law and i'm so glad misty has him in her life. I was able to visit Grandma Hacking. Love her! and i saw more family that i haven't seen in 11 years. It was so good to see them and i promised myself that i need to stay in touch better with my extended family.

Happy Birthday Parker!

Our little Parker turned 3 years old today! If anyone remember my pregnancy with him is was very physically and mentally tough. I still notice the scar on my bicep from my pick line that went in my bicep, into the larger vein and was place 3 cm from my heart. crazy!! But my little guy was worth it all. He is such a sweetie. He is such an easy going kid! I guess you need to be being the youngest of four. He is infatuated with thomas the train and sponge bob. The night before I had Parker i was miserable. I always have my babies early and was hoping he would come soon to give my body some relief. But not before September 1st. If I had him before midnight on august 31st our insurance wouldn't cover my birth at all. We'll I decided to sleep in the recliner that night and i felt a gush of wetness. I thought I peed my pants because my water never broke on it's own. I knew with the others once my water broke i had my babies fast. I looked at the clock and it was 12:15 am. I'm safe as far as my insurance goes if my water broke i told chandler and he told me that most likely my water didn't break.(men think they know everything) Then came the intense pain and labor. I called Janel and she took the other kiddos for us so we could go to the hospital. I was definetly in labor and Parker Abe Pearce was born at 5:00am. He weighed 5 pds 6 ounces. He was 3 1/2 weeks early just like carter. He was perfect! So tiny. Carter weighed 2 more pounds exactly than Parker. He is my little buddy. You should hear him laugh. He has the best laugh and you can't help but laugh with him! Our family loves little Parker! Here is a video of him on his first birthday. So cute!

Just thinking about the good ole days of SYTYCD

Actually all of the seasons have been GREAT!!! But for some reason season 2 has been my favorite! Of course I have my favorites from all seasons. I just found these pics organizing and thought I'd share. I am so pale! and I thought I looked so good until I saw the pics. I had lost 22 pounds doing BFL with Janel and thought I was smoking.. ANyways, Janel and I went to the concert for our birthdays and waited afterwards to meet everyone. Everyone was soo nice and sweet. This is my favorite show!!!!! LOve IT!!!!

Back to the Gym

When I work out I fell sooooooo good and so much better about myself! So I finally got my booty back to the gym today and already feel good. I feel dead but good. Already had a protein shake this morning(yuck) and getting ready to eat my apple and string cheese! So I'm feeling it again. Coke and Chocolate will be a saturday treat if I'm a good girl this week. Everyone knows that I'm an addict!! Eating healthy is too much work! Too much prep! They need fast food salad and sandwhiches! Anyways I'm going to do some house cleaning, check out hobby lobby, and buy me some new makeup today. It's amazing how much i get down with only having Parker home. Here is to a Great and Healthy day!

It finally happened!

I finally got the call from Chandler that i knew i would eventually get. On the night of July 3rd Jace broke his arm. When i say broke his arm it is completely broken in half. He is a major motocross dirtbike rider. He lives to ride his dirtbike! He was clearing about a forty foot jump and while he was in the air his motor cycle lost power. He knew he was going to wreck poor guy. He said it was black for a few seconds. He is so lucky that is the only thing that broke. He is a trooper. When ever he is in pain he acts like nothing is wrong. Chandler took him to the urgent care and they said he was going to have to have surgery that night which freaked me out. I met chandler and Jace at Phoenix Childrens hospital. He was dooped up on morphine which made him very itchy. We met with the orthopedic surgeon and he said with that kind of break they just put it in a splint and a sling. What are you crazy is what i was thinking. So they sent us home with a prescription for oxycotin. which did nothing for the pain he was in. So the next morning we took him back in and they re did the splint and gave him tylenol with codine. That did the trick. Aweek later we met with the pediatric orthopedic doctor. They took him out of the splint and put him a very secure sling that actually went around his waste too so he couldn't move his arm. Three weeks later he is wearing no sling. There is a lot of new bone growth. Gravity is suppose to pull his arm down eventually. They showed me pictures of other kids with the same break. He still has restictions on what he is aloud to do but it is amazing how fast it is healling. it woun't fully heal for about one year. THis has been a crazy summer!!!

Our new baby girl ROXY

This is the newest addition to our family. She is a little chihuahua. She weighs 9ounces and will weigh about 2 pounds fully grown. She is such a sweetie and has a fun little personality. TOO CUTE!

First Day of School

The kids started school on July 23rd. Hayley and Jace jumped right back into the swing of things. Hayley is in 5th grade this year. When we got to school she took off, she yelled bye mom. i'm thinking ummm okay bye. Jace took off about five minutes later. So i waited with Carter until he left with his class. The first couple of days he did really good. Then we had about 4 days of crying and not wanted to go. He said he was so bored and it he was gone a long time. Kindergarten is all day. He could of went to first grade this year but because of his age we waited to start kindergarten this year. He is such a smart boy. Loves to learn and he is such a great reader. He will start getting more work next week since he knows all the stuff they are doing. And they usually have kinderstep kids help other classmates too. I hope we made the right decision on putting him in kindergarten twice. (not the same school) I only have my buddy Parker at home. He is such a sweetie. He i mean i slacked off big time on potty training since we moved july 1st. He was doing really good. Then before i knew it he was in pull ups all the time until they were soggy. Poor guy. He didn't care though which was really bad. Since the kids have been back to school he is doing awesome at going potty. He is in underwear all the time. He has one accident everyday though but we age getting there. He is going my old v.t. house today so i can help in jace's class today. So hopefully he won't have an accident there. I'm glad that i found someone that is watching kids so i can help in class more. I will be in Carters class from 12-3 on wednesdays and alternating between Hayleys and Jace's class on thursday from 12-3pm. Time to go!

Carter turned six years old on the 6th. He is such a sweet and tender boy.(most of the time) He was such a sweet baby. I call him my "break" between the craziness of Jace and Parker. We had friends and cousins over for a pool party. It seemed like everyone had a blast. Pizza, cupcakes and otter pops too! Chandler and Carter sit on our bed almost every night and play music. Chandler plays on his acoustic guitar while Carter plays a drum beat on the side of it. Chandler wrote a song called hallelujah and Carter sings it with him. Carter said for his birthday he wanted a hallelujah guitar. Chandler put it on the side of his bed that night so when he woke up on his birthday he would see it. He loves it. He got a lot of great gifts and loves all of his new webkins. Thanks everyone for making Carters birthday a lot of fun!

Sun Splash Fun

We took the kids to Sun Splash yesterday. It was a lot of fun. Parker had tons of fun going down the slide. We met family there which was fun to hang out with. I forgot to put sunscreen on my chest and it is really burned, same with my nose. I can't believe we haven't ever gone. We didn't know that it's a huge water park. I just thought it had a couple of slides. Anyways. I thought I was going to lose Carter when we were on the double tube going down the Master blaster. He was on my lap and everytime we hit a bump we got air and i thought he was going to get bumped off. That was his favorite ride. I didn't get any pics of Hayley. She was running around with a friend. It was nice to have a break from all of the craziness of moving. Now time to finish up everything so we can move on the first!

Time for a MAJOR recap

So much is going on or has gone on. For some of you that know I have had a lot of personal issues to deal with. I'm so ready to move on. We have two offers on our house which is great. We are moving out on July 1st and we are soooo ready. We need a fresh start. I am ready to pull my head out and to be happy. I'm so sick of being stressed out over everything. Every little thing stressed me out and it takes all my energy to do. I was hanging by a thread when school got out. I wish i could have a do over year. This next school year will be better!! I will be more on top of what is going on. Especially with Hayley. She is just so independent and effortlessly gets all of her work done. We just had to many I need this or that today moments. Or forgetting stuff at home so i would have to go back to the school. I need to just move on.

The kids are so excited that we will have a swimming pool again. That is what we have missed the most is not having a pool like our old house. We drove buy are old house and it made Hayley and I cry when we opened the back gate. There are weeds taller than me. Tons and tons of them. And our once beautiful pool is now green with only two feet of water in it. We did so much to that house. The people forclosed on it in May. We are looking into possibly buying it back one day and rent it out.

This is going to be the longest post ever. Since my last post Hayley had a school play, and she was picked to be in the talent show. She did a hip hop routine with three girls that she takes hip hop with. She also had her recital which she danced awesome at. She was hitting all the beats so hard and perfect!! She is so talented. Hayley is also a great artist and writer. She is going into 5th grade!!

Jace had scout day camp. Three days from 2pm-11pm of shooting bb guns, archery, sling shots and a lot of other fun stuff. I went on the second day and Chandler went on the third. It was so hot 107degrees but it was a lot of fun! Jace is taking a breakdancing class with Hayley. There are a couple of other boys in the class too. He is riding his dirtbike on three days a week now. He is a great rider! He will be going into 3rd grade!!

Carter is touching up his swimming with some swim lessons. Kids his age are usually swimming for years by now (arizona kids) . we moved out right before he turned 3yrs and was swimming under water to us. It takes him all summer to get to that point. We have only gone swimming 2 times and he has had 2 lessons and he is swimming under water by himself. He will be swimming the crawl in the next few weeks. He is so excited! Carter will be 6yrs old in 1 1/2 months. He is starting kindergarten and is very excited. He also rides his dirt bike really fast and sometimes gets a little air

Parker is talking a lot now. I love how he says more please. A lady in our ward makes bread for our sacrament and it is soo good. I had to take Parker out after he had a piece of bread because he was so loud saying more please! More please! He plays with his trains forever. We have gone back a few steps on potty training. I have been too busy to stay with it. He loves to swim in our kiddie pool that we have in the backyard. He jumps from the top of the slide into it. Yes he is Jace's little brother!
I have a lot more to write about but this is a great start. Thanks for ready my book!
